✧ Do I need to have previous experience in Energy Work?

Absolutely not. I have many clients who work through The Frequency Embodiment Method, with no energy work experience at all...and they get it straight away, making vast changes in their own lives as well as their clients

✧ Will this bring up a lot from my past? I've been through a lot that was hard

I hear you, I've walked through the fire (and come out of the other side). What we don't do in my world is swim in the wounds. We acknowledge, allow the emotion to release but we view it as a conscious observer, and see the experience as a Soul Lesson...this changes the intensity of everything. Of course, it's not always easy, but it is easeful

✧ How does this compare to other energy trainings?
